dee offers the only radius flatwork forms made of spring steel.
All dee flexible forms offer 7 stake pockets and wedges to ensure incredibly accurate radius forming and to prevent bowing between the pockets.
Radius flatwork forms are available from 4" to 24" heights. Custom radius flatwork forms available in 1/2" increments.

Standard forms are 10' long, but can be ordered shorter. Custom heights also available.
