The transition form is a metal bracket that ranges in height from 4" to 12" for attaching 2X lumber too dee's flexible forms.

Transition form attachments are nailed to 2X lumber to form a secure transition from steel flexible forms with a lock clamp. Transition forms are used to change from straight to flexible forming for all flatwork and curb & gutter applications.
Applications
Transition forms are used to forms curves in driveways, sidewalks, streets, and shopping center concrete placements.
